Dr. Pam Lincoln-Giang currently serves as the senior director of strategic growth for Tabula Rasa HealthCare. She is tasked with helping ensure the company’s long-term and sustainable growth. She identifies, tests, and measures new and expanded market opportunities, products, services, and pricing models; establishes and maintains key strategic relationships and manages the development, adoption, and execution of the Company’s strategic priorities.
Prior to this role, Dr. Lincoln-Giang was the senior director of pharmacy for Landmark Health. There, she was responsible for overall pharmacy strategy and development of the pharmacist role within a home-based care model. Under her leadership, the team grew by more than ten times in fewer than 5 years. Dr. Lincoln-Giang’s experience spans a multitude of managed care venues including PBM operations, CMS Star measures, MTM programs and payer operations. She has also held faculty appointments at various schools of pharmacy throughout her career.
Dr. Lincoln-Giang received her bachelor of science in developmental and cell biology from the University of California, Irvine and completed her doctor of pharmacy and ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency with the University of Southern California. She is a board-certified geriatric pharmacist and certified MedWise advisor.
