Nicole Green, BSPharm, is the director of ambulatory pharmacy at ThedaCare. In this role, she creates and leads strategies to embed pharmacists in physician clinics and defines the patient population of focus. Previously, she was the pharmacy manager in ambulatory (outpatient infusion & oncology) at ThedaCare.

Green’s previous roles include the inpatient informatics pharmacist coordinator at Agnesian HealthCare, the clinical coordinator pharmacist at Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, the assessor at Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada, the relief pharmacist at Towers Pharmacy and the professional skills coordinator at the University of Saskatchewan. Overall, she is an experienced pharmacist with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry and is skilled in pharmacy leadership and mentoring with background in cardiology, medicine and informatics.

Green received her bachelors of science in pharmacy from the University of Saskatchewan and completed her ACPR (accredited Canadian pharmacy resident) from Regina Health District. In 2015, she received a PharmNet certification from Cerner Corporation.
