Sponsored by a grant from the Community Pharmacy Foundation, the report is based on completed responses from 618 practitioners and program directors from 45 states and Puerto Rico as well as interviews with leaders from 15 CMM practices. It offers deep insights into CMM services identifying factors contributing to – and inhibiting – practice success.
